2025 CoC Board | ECHOWestTexas

The Continuum of Care (CoC) Board serves as the primary decision-making body for the local homeless response system. Comprised of community leaders, service providers, advocates, and individuals with lived experience, the board provides strategic direction, oversees program performance, ensures compliance with federal regulations, and works to strengthen coordinated efforts to prevent and end homelessness. Through collaborative governance, the CoC Board fosters accountability, equitable resource distribution, and a data-driven approach to addressing homelessness in our community.

Dr. Raymond Falcon is an advocate and educator. He is a TEA Teacher Vacancy Task Force Member and Texas Teach Plus Senior Policy Fellow.

Katherine Youniacutt has extensive work and education in social work, advocacy, and serves as the Program Director for After Amen.
