NOFO - Collaborative Funding Opportunity
NOFO Overview
The HUD CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) allows agencies providing housing and/or supportive services in the Lubbock area to come together, align efforts, and pool expertise and resources. By collaborating with the CoC, these organizations can strategically develop and submit a joint grant under the Lead Agency, on behalf of the Lubbock Continuum of Care (CoC), strengthening our community’s ability to address homelessness and enhance housing stability for those in need.
Lubbock CoC NOFO - Pre-Application
As we await the official release of the 2025 HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), we recognize the importance of proactive planning, cross-agency coordination, and shared readiness. While many of the finer details are still forthcoming from HUD, we are launching this local collaborative pre-application and preparation process to ensure that Lubbock’s homeless response system is well-positioned to respond effectively once the NOFO is finalized.
Considering that the HUD NOFO has not yet been finalized and released, we are strongly encouraging interested applicants to notify the Lead Agency (ECHO) of your agency’s intention to apply. To help us plan and prepare as a community, we ask that you be ready to submit the pre-application form by end of day October 24, 2025.
[The original date to submit a pre-applicaition was October 15, 2025, which has been extended to Friday October 24, 2025 - on October 10, 2025.]
