NOFO Overview

The HUD CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) allows agencies providing housing and/or supportive services in the Lubbock area to come together, align efforts, and pool expertise and resources. By collaborating with the CoC, these organizations can strategically develop and submit a joint grant under the Lead Agency, on behalf of the Lubbock Continuum of Care (CoC), strengthening our community’s ability to address homelessness and enhance housing stability for those in need.
